Disclaimer: These rates does not include service providers & their rates (Photographer, Designer, Choreographer, Producer, etc.). Only Studio Spaces and optional add-ons. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
Weekday & Weekend Studio Reservation Promo* Rates
Signed waivers may be required prior to the use of certain equipment and studio usage purposes. Studio rates are lower if you BYOEquipment and solely use only your own equipment. Props and furniture usage is free to use at all plan levels.
$35 -> $25 -> $15 -> $10 -> $5
If you bring and use only your own equipment (Space only) - Including no paper backdrop usage.
Recurring Reservation Slots:
Total Cost of all slotted recurring weekday hours over 1 month span (charged at hourly rate) +$50/month
Only if you wish to reserve 1 studio within M-F with your own dedicated time slot(s) each week. 1 month minimum (1 month increments).
Ex. Every Monday 2-4pm is 2 hrs per week. 2 hours * 4 weeks is 8hrs per month.
8hrs * ($35 - Includes Equipment Access) = $280/month
+ $50/month(recurring slots fee)
Total: $330 to have a recurring 2 hour W/Equipment slot every Monday that will be reserved just for you.
Great for premium classes/group sessions/consistent client studio work/membership-like purposes.

Use the booking calendar to place a reservation (Required). The booking calendar does not charge to book FYI — it coordinates & shows timeframe estimates (and reserves of course).
Anyone can book — Must be 18+ or booked and accompanied by an adult if under 18yrs old. 16+ Available upon parent/guardian agreement / approval.
Do-It-Yourself Usage/Sessions & Sessions with you and your client(s) are allowed during Hourly and Studio Subscription sessions (any studio).
All reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the 25% reserved time slot cancellation fee. No fee to shift to a different day within 7-days from the booking date (limit to 1 shift per booking). 1hr. minimum for all studio bookings, We recommend 1hr 15min minimum - 15min that covers collaborative setup/late arrival coverage (you must be available to assist with the setup of your booking to ensure it's to your liking).
Payments are re-calculated at the end of the full session and due in-person when the session/reservation is complete. Any add-ons from the dropdown(s) are not reflected in the calendar cost and will be in addition to the studio reservation cost at checkout. Please contact a staff to purchase any snacks, products or drinks during your session.
For cash users, Exact Cash only. Plan to pay the amount stated in the calendar — countdown timer will be used for cash users, request the timer - additional time /unpaid balance after cash payment will be charged via a digital split payment method) | Cash App & Debit/Credit Card (preferred), Square | Venmo | or Paypal.

Artists, musicians, producers, voice-over actors, and podcasters can book the studio to record their work with precision and clarity. The studio is equipped with microphones, headphones, mixing boards, and audio software, allowing users to capture and edit their audio to perfection. Whether you prefer to work independently or with the assistance of our studio producer, the studio is flexible to accommodate your needs.
Our studio producer Tracee Shade can provide expertise in beat making, sound engineering, mixing, and mastering. With its acoustically treated walls and soundproofing, the audio studio ensures a controlled environment for capturing professional-grade sound. It is an ideal space for recording music albums, voice-overs for commercials or films, podcasts, audiobooks, and any other audio-related projects.
Our Custom Studio offers endless possibilities for creative endeavors, meetings, and even pop-up shops or takeovers.
This Studio can function as a meeting room (in-person or a great background for Zoom), a cosmetology or greenroom setup, and can be transformed into a pop-up shop, where entrepreneurs and artists can display and sell their products or artwork. It can even double as a podcasting studio, with the computer serving as a hub for recording, editing, and producing podcast episodes.

With chairs and ottomans available, the studio offers comfortable seating for clients or participants during shoots or presentations.
