EXP Studio® is a multimedia production studio and experience hub inside Sibley Square in Downtown Rochester, NY. Our Content Creator Studio gives businesses, influencers, and creative teams a flexible space to film, photograph, stream, and launch next-level content—without having to build a studio of their own.

Step into a bright, open studio featuring a green screen wall, interchangeable backdrops, professional lighting, and access to Rochester’s wider EXP Studio ecosystem—including audio, podcast, and digital production spaces when you need them.

Hours

When can I use the Content Creator Studio?

Typical booking hours for EXP Studio reservations are: Peerspace

Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Earlier or later times may be available by special request.

All sessions must be reserved in advance through our online booking calendar. Walk-ins are limited and based on day-of availability.

Pricing

How much does it cost to use the Content Creator Studio?

Our Content Creator Studio follows the current Multimedia Studio (Photography / Video Studio) rate:

Standard Rate

$55/hr – DIY sessions or you + your guests/clients

Daytime Audio-Sensitive Discount

$40/hr during 10:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Available on days when the building is in regular business hours and audio-sensitive (ideal for photo, silent video, B-roll, product shots, etc.)

Rates cover studio space and base access. Any additional production support (photographers, videographers, producers, stylists, etc.) can be added through EXP Gurus℠ or your own team.
